About Our Flour

To better support family farmers in the Pacific Northwest and sustainable agriculture, we completely switched our flour to Shepherd's Grain this year. Today there are 33 growers who farm wheat for Shepherd's Grain. They all use sustainable agriculture farming methods and they are all certified by the Food Alliance Association. Their no-till and crop rotation systems enrich the soil and prevent erosion and water pollution.
